Where to eat the best fresh pasta in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?
If you're looking for handmade fresh pasta in Las Palmas, at Templo de Pandora we prepare only fresh pasta, with an open kitchen and authentic Italian recipes. We don't work with industrial or frozen products.
Is your pasta really fresh and homemade?
Always. We have our own workshop where we make fresh pasta every day, with selected flours and the finest ingredients.
What makes our carbonara special?
The authentic Roman carbonara, made faithfully to the traditional Italian recipe: guanciale, egg, pecorino romano cheese, parmigiano reggiano and freshly ground black pepper. Only the finest ingredients and a precise technique that honors the origin of one of Italy's most iconic dishes.
It's no coincidence that it's one of the most recommended dishes by our guests and highlighted by the local press.
If you're seeking an authentic fresh pasta experience, this is the essential starting point.
Do you have gluten-free options?
We offer some pastas made with alternative flours. However, we are not a gluten-free specialty restaurant: we work with traditional fresh pasta every day and we cannot guarantee complete absence of traces. If you suffer from celiac disease or serious intolerance, please consult us before ordering.
Are there vegetarian options?
Of course. Several pasta dishes, vegetable-based sauces, and classic Italian options. Ask our team when you arrive — there's always something we can adapt to your preferences.
Can I come just for cocktails, without dinner?
Of course. Templo de Pandora is two places in one: an Italian restaurant by day, a signature cocktail bar by night. You're welcome to come just for a cocktail crafted on the spot, without dining.
Do you have a cocktail menu?
No. We believe a cocktail is felt, not chosen from a list. Our bartender asks how you are, what you've eaten, what you're craving tonight — and crafts something made just for you. It's the difference between drinking a cocktail and living it.
Is it necessary to book a table?
We recommend booking, especially on weekends and at dinner time. You can do it directly from our website or by calling 614 20 16 43. If you come without a reservation during the week, we'll always try to find you a spot.
